With a strong work ethic and lots of perseverance, Mr. and Mrs. Lam dedicated their lives day and night to the success of the store. Along with their hard work C.A. Jewelers was founded on three simple but enduring beliefs; Quality, Trust, and Value. Each one had a special meaning to Mr. and Mrs. Lam and all their customers.

Our Journey
Mr. Lam started crafting jewelry 35 years ago while working with his father and an older brother who was already established in the diamond jewelry business. Mr. Lam’s passion, ingenuity, and ability to understand a customer’s vision have been the cornerstones of his success.
Mrs. Lam has built a strong relationship with wholesalers for over 35 years. Her business acumen has allowed her to buy the best quality diamonds and colored stones at the lowest prices, translating into huge savings for her customers.
Ms. Susie Lam (daughter) has a degree in gemology from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the world’s foremost authority on diamonds, colored stones, and pearls. In addition, her professionalism, outstanding customer service, and innate ability to understand what a customer wants allows her to deliver a comprehensive and pleasant buying experience for all C.A. Jeweler customers. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows diamonds inside and out then talk to Susie.
Mr. Tom Lam (son) adds additional support to the sales and production team. He is extremely meticulous with all his work and is an understated asset in aiding his father with jewelry production.
